Challenge

Create a web-based interface that allows clients to view detailed stats about their account usage.

Solution

Starting with a extensive series of wireframes, a large collection of raw data was organized into a series of visual, easy-to-browse reports. The UX was refined, informed by user testing and internal feedback. I provided a front-end framework that allowed the internal development team to plug in data APIs and generate reports with the option to expand or modify reports based on account-level specifications.
